Prerequisites & Eligibility

1. Active members of a local church
2. Living and working in Africa, Asia, or Latin America
3. Recommended by their pastor / church leadership (Letter of Recommendation required)
4. Recommended by a supervisor (Letter of Recommendation required)
5. Committed to the authority of scripture and a mature Christian
6. In agreement with the central commitments of evangelical Christianity as expressed in the Lausanne Covenant
7. Desires to see low-income people grow holistically (spiritually, personally, socially, and economically)
8. Passionate about learning how to equip the local church for holistic ministry
9. Willing to commit to a long-term process of learning, growth, and accountability
10. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
11. Can perform basic record keeping, math, and accounting
12. Possesses leadership capability
13. Good interpersonal skills
14. Experience organizing or teaching groups of adults
15. Consistent and reliable access to the Internet
16. Access to and a willingness to use a cell phone and camera
17. Complete support of their family and church
18. Willing to commit the time and cost required to complete the coursework, implement and maintain the MWE Program, collect and report key data and general information
