Start the Application Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Trainer.
Before you begin your application, please answer the questions below.

We appreciate your interest in serving as a Trainer and look forward to receiving your application.

Continue Now With the Following Steps

1. Bookmark this page so that you may return directly to this page as needed.
2. Please print and fill out the Trainer Application.
3. Procure a letter of recommendation from your current pastor.
4. Procure a letter of recommendation from your current supervisor.
5. Review a sample license agreement.
6. Send completed application and recommendation letters to the Chalmers Center. You may scan these documents into a PDF format and email them to info@chalmers.org, or you can send them by regular post to the following mailing address:

After we receive and review your application, we will contact you within two to three weeks to let you know whether your application has been approved. Once an application is approved, the next steps are to sign a license agreement and remit the license fee.
