In West Africa, Christian women & men like Caroline show the love of Christ to their neighbors through starting savings groups as ministries of the church.
Savings groups help bring stability to families’ lives as they grow in understanding how to use money wisely, plan for the future, & build savings. But even more importantly, savings groups empower members to be in right relationship with themselves, their families, communities, & most centrally, with God.
Throughout North America Christians are starting Faith & Finances programs in churches and ministries to practically walk alongside the poor in reclaiming their key role in using their resources for God’s Kingdom. We developed this financial education curriculum and program to uniquely fit a low-income audience while thoroughly integrating key truths of God’s Word.
Chalmers equips & trains Christian leaders to effectively start Faith & Finances ministries in their own contexts, displaying God’s care for all of life.
