Microfinance with Education Network
The Chalmers Center's unique approach to microfinance combines cutting-edge, savings-led strategies with education for people who are poor concerning their businesses, households, and health. Using a relational, biblical worldview approach, Microfinance with Education is a powerful intervention that even the poorest churches in the Majority World can use to respond to the complexities of poverty in their communities.
The Microfinance with Education Network is a multi-tiered licensing system that provides high-quality training and mentoring to those working to equip churches in the Majority World for high-impact ministry. One tier of this licensing system is ASSET, an initiative in which North Americans can partner with Mobile Training Centers to equip grassroots churches to minister holistically to people who are poor in the Majority World.
