We Re-evaluate & Improve

Drawing upon grassroots data, feedback from our trainees, and the latest research, the Chalmers Center continually seeks to improve our interventions, curricula, training, and strategies. We are often operating at the frontiers of knowledge in a wide range of cross-cultural settings whose dynamics are not well understood. We take risks and we expect to make mistakes. We do our best to learn and to grow, correcting what we can and trusting in God to work through our many gifts and imperfections.
