- Fundraising – Build a sustainable fundraising platform for continued operations based on: a) addition of an Executive Donor Representative, b) mobilization of volunteers to expand the constituency, and c) development of a comprehensive fundraising plan to integrate all the available fundraising strategies (annual campaigns, major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving) into one comprehensive plan.
